The image above is known as an example of simultaneous contrast. What seems to be happening to the image as you stare at it? What do you think is causing this? If you stare at the blue dots for a few seconds, what happens? Think of where these colors are located on the color wheel, what would happen if these were to be put together instead of apart?
Observe the image above? Which colors are present? Notice the two smaller brown squares, which is darker and why?
